1. Data We Process

• Wallet Data: public wallet address and connection timestamps for session management.
• Usage Data: analytics such as page views, device information, and event logs to improve the Platform.
• Launch Data: content and metadata submitted by creators.

2. What We Do Not Collect

• No private keys or seed phrases.
• No custodial control of funds.
• No unnecessary personal identifiers unless you voluntarily provide them (e.g., support requests).

3. Purposes and Legal Bases

• Provide and secure the Platform (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where necessary to perform a contract; otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR legitimate interests).
• Detect fraud and abuse, ensure network integrity and platform security (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• Comply with legal obligations, including sanctions and financial crime prevention (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR where applicable).

Recipients and Transfers

We may share data with service providers acting on our behalf (hosting, analytics, security, customer support) under contractual safeguards, including data processing agreements. Where data is transferred outside the EEA/UK, we use appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or equivalent mechanisms.

4. Cookies & Storage

We use essential cookies/session storage for authentication and CSRF protection. Non‑essential cookies (e.g., analytics) are used only with your consent, as required by applicable law (e.g., TTDSG in Germany). You can change or withdraw consent at any time via the cookie settings. We recommend privacy-preserving analytics where possible.

Security and log data may be retained for a limited period (e.g., up to 12 months) for fraud detection and legal compliance, unless longer retention is required or permitted by law.

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to processing, and to data portability, and where processing is based on consent, to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, for example, the Berliner Beauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit or your local authority.

9. Security

We implement technical and organizational measures to protect data, including encryption in transit, access controls, and secure development practices. No system is 100% secure.

10. Children

The Platform is not intended for children under 18. If you believe a minor has provided data, contact us for prompt removal.

Lawful Use and Sanctions

We do not knowingly provide services to users in Restricted Jurisdictions subject to comprehensive sanctions or embargoes. Basic checks and logs may be used to comply with legal obligations and protect the Platform.
